Kim Boyce Koreiba is a former Miss Florida and Contemporary Christian Singer with eleven #1 songs on gospel radio. Kim and her husband, Gary, moved to Branson in 2000 to raise their two young sons. For over a decade, Kim and Gary sang in one of Branson’s most popular shows, Pierce Arrow. In 2015, they started their own all gospel music show, “Oh Happy Day.” Kim and Gary are the music directors at Twin Lakes Baptist Church in Mountain Home, AR.
“Now that my sons are grown, and our show is well-established, I’m pursuing another long-time interest of mine--real estate,” Kim says. “My realtor friends have been talking to me for years about joining their ranks, and the time was finally right!”
Having lived in Branson for over twenty years has given Kim a knowledge of the Branson real estate market that is very useful in helping her find the best home, condo, vacation rental, or second home for her clients. She and her family have lived in condos and homes in Branson, Hollister, Branson West, and Reeds Spring, so Kim knows the Tri-Lakes area extensively. Building a luxury home in one of Branson’s most desirable neighborhoods, Hickory Ridge Estates, provided Kim with knowledge of the quality of construction that can be useful to her clients seeking the perfect home to meet their needs. Kim has a discerning eye for quality in a property’s design, location, and potential, and she’s ready to put her knowledge to work for you.
